Gerald Werdann

Jerry is a Co-Founding Partner of Werdann DeVito LLC. He has over thirty years experience in public accounting working with clients in a wide variety of industries.  His experience includes financial, accounting and tax planning matters for both corporate and individuals as well as engagements regarding estates, trusts, gift tax and succession planning.  Jerry is accredited in business valuations (ABV) and is certified in financial forensics (CFF).  As such, he specializes in forensic accounting which includes financial damage analyses generated by various types of commercial and matrimonial litigation.  He also provides litigation consulting regarding breach contract damages, tax malpractice and business interruption.  A significant part of his practice is also business valuations for commercial and matrimonial litigation, gift and estate taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and buy/sell and cross purchase transactions.  Jerry graduated from Rutgers University and is licensed in NJ and NY and is a member of the AICPA and the NJSCPA.
