Joseph DeVito

Joe is a Co-Founding Partner of Werdann DeVito LLC.  Since the firm was created in 1998, Joe has been responsible for the firm’s compliance including peer review requirements resulting in unqualified reports.  With over thirty years of experience in tax and accounting, Joe supervises and plans the review and compilation engagements, provides economic analysis, tax planning, budgeting and cash flow forecasting to multi-million dollar companies, and setting up the financial, accounting and tax structure of numerous mergers and acquisitions.  Joe also has extensive expertise in accounting/forensic engagements for Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases with US Bankruptcy Trustees, providing document review, analysis for asset recovery as well as preparing personal and corporate bankruptcy income tax returns.  Joe graduated from Pace University. He is licensed in New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA and the NJSCPA.
